I was born in Nampa Idaho, and shortly after moved to Southern California where I spent 26 years. I fulfilled a lifetime dream of moving back to Idaho 2006. My father taught me from a young age the value of real estate and I grew up working with him in the construction industry. He had a very strong work ethic which he instilled in me and to this day I value his impact on my career. He was right there with me when I bought my first home and started my business rehabbing homes in 1999 in California. When we moved to Idaho, my dad and I continued our construction company buying, rehabbing and managing properties. I love combining my love for real estate with my talents in remodeling.
My family means everything to me. I have a 20 year old daughter Isabel and a 14 year old son Oscar Jr. We blended our family with my wife Sarah and her 16 year old daughter Grace almost 13 years ago.
I love the outdoors and am so happy that our entire family loves to ski and snowboard, hike, bike, fish and camp. I love Idaho and am so blessed to be back here and doing what I love.
