Meet Marty Siebertz
With more than 30 years of real estate experience in Idaho's Treasure Valley, I bring knowledge, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate dreams. My philosophy is simple: every client deserves personal attention, clear communication, and an experienced advocate who is invested in their success from our first conversation through closing—and beyond.
I've proudly called Boise home for over 40 years, watching it grow from a small town into the vibrant community it is today. Originally from California's beautiful San Francisco Bay Area, I grew up with a love of animals, horses, and the outdoors—values that continue to shape the way I connect with people and the lifestyle I enjoy here in Idaho.
Throughout my career, I've represented buyers and sellers in every stage of the market, specializing in residential homes, investment properties, recreational properties, and new construction. I also had the privilege of working with two of Idaho's largest homebuilders, guiding projects from conception to completion and gaining valuable insight into the construction process that benefits my clients today.
My professional involvement includes serving as a Board Member of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and participating in the Building Contractors Association Sales and Marketing Council. These experiences, combined with a commitment to continuing education and staying informed about an ever-changing market, allow me to provide knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service.
I was fortunate to be raised by an incredibly strong and inspiring mother who devoted 41 years as an elementary school teacher. She instilled in me the values of integrity, compassion, hard work, and putting others first—principles that continue to guide both my personal life and my real estate career every day.
Family has always been the center of my life. My greatest joy is my daughter, Dr. Brandi Siebertz, whose accomplishments continue to make me incredibly proud. I also cherish the close relationships I share with my family, and those lifelong bonds have taught me the importance of trust, loyalty, and always being there for the people you love.
I'm also blessed to share life with my devoted partner, Mark. Together we embrace everything that makes Idaho special—from exploring the backcountry and hiking scenic mountain trails to traveling, fishing, and discovering hidden gems throughout our beautiful state. Whether we're on a mountain trail, casting a line in one of Idaho's pristine rivers and lakes, or enjoying a weekend adventure, those experiences continually remind me why I love calling Idaho home.
