I moved to Boise in the spring of 2006 when the real estate market was HOT! My partner, John Coleman and I started a property management company which has successfully grown with lots of hard work. I discovered that I loved helping people find and settle into their homes, and soon realized that it would be even better if they were BUYING their home! So I got my real estate license and enjoy helping tenants become home owners. I also know the rental market very well so can assist investors in making wiser choices purchasing income properties.
Anchor Properties LLC’s name was chosen because I spent much of my early adult life cruising around various parts of the world aboard a sailboat! It is a wonderful life that I dream of returning to someday, but for now the businesses I run and the properties I’ve purchased here are my “anchor”! Boise’s’ proximity to wonderful outdoor recreation opportunities, as well as being a great small city have made us fall in love with our adopted home town. We enjoy biking, hiking, camping, rafting the many rivers, wine tasting, gardening, hosting BBQs and attending many of Boise’s cultural events.
