Hello – My name is Marcus Dupree and I have been licensed since 1999. Since then I have closed more than 630 transactions and over $150 million in real estate sales. With numerous production and customer service awards from top producing companies - Century 21, RE/MAX and Help-U-Sell – I have the knowledge and experience to help both Buyers and Sellers meet their real estate goals. I have also been fortunate enough to work with other great companies here in the Treasure Valley including Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Le Bois Realty.

I work with a fantastic Team of experienced professionals offering a wide range of services from lending to home inspections, insurance, and title to help ensure a smooth transaction for all of my Buyers and Sellers. These relationships also allow me to focus my efforts on providing excellent customer service while offering solid tools for my clients to utilize.

I have spent the last few years of my career building systems and obtaining experience in the Short Sale and REO (Bank Owned) process – not just by attending seminars and classes but by actually working within the business. I am always happy to discuss these processes and help both Buyers and Sellers with deciding on the direction that best fits their real estate needs.
